Dean M. Desrosiers, 49, was charged with distribution of child pornography following a raid last week at his Mozart Street home, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said.
Desrosiers, who Calo said is divorced, was booked into the Bergen County Jail on Friday and ordered released by a judge hours later, under New Jersey’s 2017 bail reform law.
He’s scheduled for a Feb. 13 first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
Calo thanked East Rutherford police for their assistance, as well as Lyndhurst, Woodcliff Lake, Ramsey, and Ridgewood police, who participate in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Cyber Crimes Task Force.
